The Vampire (Value Added Monitoring and Performance Interface for Recorded Events) Controller manages the collection of the millions of event records generated each day by the Voicemail and SMS services. The Vampire AM collects these events and presents them in TeMIP. The AM was developed using the CrossTalk™ Mediation AM Toolkit. |
