The CrossTalk™ PrOptima Solution integrates the management of alarms from the PrOptima Performance Management System into the HP TeMIP Fault Management System. The solution was developed using CrossTalk™ Mediation Services. The solution provides the collection of PrOptima performance alarm files via FTP which are then mapped to TeMIP alarms using a Mediation Services ruleset and associated lookup tables. |
