The CrossTalk™ OSS/J JSR263 Fault Management Server is based on our platform independent CrossTalk™ Mapping and Mediation Technology, a high performance framework implementing mediation and business logic through highly configurable mapping rules, providing an efficient flow of information between heterogeneous OSS systems and network elements. This Fault Management Adapter is successfully deployed in a live production environment, for a major European Tier 1 Fixed/Mobile line operator, and by utilising CrossTalk™ Mediation Framework technology it provides an operationally critical interface between IBM Tivoli Netcool OMNIbus and NetCracker CIA (Customer Impact Analysis).
