The AM forwards messages from the Lucent NFM system to TeMIP. The AM was developed using the CrossTalk™ Mediation AM Toolkit. It provides the following capabilities:

  • Northbound Fault Management interface into TeMIP
  • TeMIP launch of Telnet session through to NFM
  • Alarm resynchronisation between NFM and TeMIP
  • TeMIP Dataload facilities for NFM
