The MCA/Mobixell solution uses the CrossTalk™ Mapping and Mediation Engine for SNMP trap receipt and mapping to HP TeMIP OSI alarms. The solution provides the collection and presentation of Mobixell RMSC SNMP traps in HP TeMIP and associated clear correlation of alarms where applicable. Application trap resynchronization will be implemented from the MIB-based active alarm table. ICMP and SNMP polling of the platform/agent is supported, enabling resynchronisation to be automatically invoked on re-establishment of successful SNMP polling. |
