With the addition of the ground-breaking Zen™ Enterprise Event "Proximity Correlation" technology to our product portfolio we are in a position to offer a fully integrated solution to meet the challenge of cross domain correlation for network and service assurance. The CrossTalk™ Suite provides integration tools to seamlessly integrate Zen™ into the customer�s operational environment allowing rapid and flexible deployment in a highly performant non-stop manner.

The Zen™ solution can be integrated with existing OSS / Network Management systems such as HP TeMIP, HP OpenView, EMC Smarts and IBM Netcool as well as integrating directly with Sub Network Managers, Inventory, Probing, Work Flow and Performance Management systems to name but a few. Thanks to our OSS/J standard interfaces and configuration based tools new interfaces can be provided either by ourselves or our partners and held in a central library where they are supported and maintained.

The same approach can be taken for Zen™ correlation scenarios where a customer or system integrator can register these in a central library where they are made available for resale to other customers and centrally maintained and supported.
