The CrossTalk™ Network Visualisation tool allows operators to see faulty cells on a geographic map provided by MapInfo, or Google Maps.

HP TeMIP Fault Information is integrated and presented on the GIS System, reducing operator time spent on root cause analysis based on geographic associations. It also improves quality of service where visibility of high impact fault scenarios provides an indication of the scale of faults.

Such geographic presentation of faults reduces the number of alarms that operators need to process to correct a fault scenario by presenting sympathetic alarms which are identified by virtue of their geographic and visual representation.
