The Alarm Escalation Management module is a Plug-In application for the CrossTalk™ Fault Management Foundation. It provides the ability to implement escalation policies for different types of alarms.
- Raises the severity of alarms after specific timeouts depending on a series of live updatable rules
- Escalates alarms to a Supervisor Operation Context (OC)
- Alarms can be included and excluded from escalation using alarm details
- Different timings can be applied depending on alarm characteristics
- Escalates alarms which have not been correctly acknowledged
