A comprehensive library of interfaces is available to seamlessly integrate ZenRCA™ into your OSS environment. In addition to these off the shelf integrations, ZenRCA™ supports any interface that is TMF OSS/J JSR 90 compliant.
Network Management Systems
Integrations to the following NMS platforms are available:
Integrations comprise two interface types:

North Bound Interface - receives events from the NMS platform for processing by ZenRCA™
South Bound Interface - emits Root Cause Alarms and sympathetic event suppression information to the NMS platform
