The CrossTalk™ OSS/J JSR91 Trouble Ticket Adaptor for IBM Maximo is based on our platform independent CrossTalk™ Mapping and Mediation Technology, a high performance framework implementing mediation and business logic through highly configurable mapping rules, providing an efficient flow of information between heterogeneous OSS systems and network elements.
This Trouble Ticketing Adapter is successfully deployed in live production at a number of major European Mobile operators, and by utilising CrossTalk™ Mediation Framework technology it provides an operationally critical interface between HP TeMIP and the IBM Maximo Asset Management Solution.
