New Customer for the SysMech OSS/J JSR91 compliant Trouble Ticket Adapter for Maximo
Securing this contract, once again confirms Systems Mechanics (SysMech) as a leading provider of a range of TMF compliant OSS/J products, and demonstrates the value customers place on standards based integration solutions.

SysMech has always considered the TMF (TeleManagement Forum) initiative of using OSS/J for open, standards based integration between OSS solutions, to be extremely effective. By constantly enhancing the range of OSS/J solutions offered, SysMech confirm their full commitment to the TMF OSS/J programme. SysMech have demonstrated that adherance to these open standards offers real value to customers, by avoiding dependencies on closed, single vendor solutions, reducing risk, and addressing many of the challenges that go with reducing the associated TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

The SysMech CrossTalk™ IBM Maximo adapter is one of a number of recent SysMech CrossTalk™ OSS/J interfaces. It is ideal for any Telco using the IBM Maximo Asseset Management suite for their Trouble Ticket (TT) solution and wants an open integration for the automated transfer/exchange of alarms and TTs from their Fault Management (FM) solution to IBM Maximo.

SysMech have extensive experience of integrating FM solutions such as HP TeMIP, HP OpenView, IBM NetCool OMNIbus and EMC Smarts, and can assist any customers interested in integrating any of these solutions to IBM Maximo.

Check back soon for an enhanced range of OSS/J FM adapter products to be announced shortly.
