SysMech has always considered the TMF (TeleManagement Forum) initiative of using OSS/J for open, standards based integration between OSS solutions, to be extremely effective. The SysMech CrossTalk™ IBM Maximo adapter is one of a number of recent SysMech CrossTalk™ OSS/J interfaces. It is ideal for any Telco using the IBM Maximo Asseset Management suite for their Trouble Ticket (TT) solution and wants an open integration for the automated transfer/exchange of alarms and TTs from their Fault Management (FM) solution to IBM Maximo.

SysMech have extensive experience of integrating FM solutions such as HP TeMIP, HP OpenView, IBM NetCool OMNIbus and EMC Smarts, and can assist any customers interested in integrating any of these solutions to IBM Maximo.
