OSS/J JSR91 Trouble Ticket Adapter for IBM Maximo
Building on our successful work with Zenulta to use OSS/J to integrate the Zen cross-domain correlation solution using the JSR90 Fault Management I/F, Systems Mechanics are pleased to announce the availability of a TMF JSR91 compliant Trouble Ticket adapter for the IBM Maximo Asset Management solution. This will enable Operators to integrate Maximo to their Fault Management solutions for the exchange of Trouble Tickets

Alarm Automation
The Perl Alarm Automation Framework available for TeMIP is being enhanced to extend communications support to sub-network management systems and network elements for both Telnet and SSH. This enables queries and actions to be made to an extensive set of external equipment and significantly uplifts the value of this capability.

Alarm Reporting
This new capability provides Operators with a web based facility to report on their TeMIP alarms. Highly flexible in its operation, the solution builds on the CrossTalk Alarm Logging Services solution to enable reporting on all alarms across their life cycle, regardless if they have been filtered or archived.

Access Modules
Over the last 6 months an extensive set of TeMIP Access Modules (AMs) have been produced based on our proven Mediation Services Toolkit. This adds to existing AMs and Liaisons already in use with a range of customers including Vodafone UK, Swisscom and Turkcell. These latest AMs are as follow;
