Systems Mechanics nominated for prestigious TM Forum Solution Excellence Award 2010 Being selected as a nominee for this award in 2010 is a great honour for Systems Mechanics Ltd, and clearly demonstrates the quality of the solutions available from the CrossTalk™ product portfolio.  Systems Mechanics (SysMech) are proud to announce that they have been nominated for the prestigious TeleManagement Forum (TMForum) Solution Excellence Award 2010 for their CrossTalk™ Fault Management OSS/J Server Adapter for IBM Tivoli NetCool OMNIbus. Successfully delivered in 2009 to a major European Tier 1 Fixed/Mobile line operator, this solution enables the operator to enhance the service management offered to their end users. Customer care have a much improved picture of service impact and can provide a superior customer experience by prioritizing how customer impacting faults are handled, and ensuring the Quality of Service offered to key customers is maximized. SysMech are actively promoting the use of OSS/J to integrate OSS solutions, as well as integrating with the Zen™ Correlation Engine.
