SysMech Awarded Offical TMForum Certification for Another CrossTalk™ OSS/J Product

This adapter implements the standard JSR263 1.0 for Fault Management, providing an open interface to integrate 3rd party applications with NetCool OMNIbus. This Fault Management Adapter is successfully deployed in a live production environment, for a major European Tier 1 Fixed/Mobile line operator, and by utilising CrossTalk™ Mediation Framework technology it provides an operationally critical interface between IBM Tivoli NetCool OMNIbus and NetCracker CIA (Customer Impact Analysis).
