Systems Mechanics Wins Large Support Deal for the Leading UK Mobile Operator

Winning this deal to provide the Assurance Solution support for a major European Operator, represents another significant step forwards for Systems Mechanics Ltd.

Since the early days of Systems Mechanics Ltd (SysMech), providing OSS products and services for the Telco sector have been part of the core business. The company has provided a high quality support service for many years, to a worldwide customer base for the Crosstalk™ product portfolio. Securing this mission critical support opportunity for a Major European Tier 1 Mobile Operator, once again confirms SysMech’s outstanding reputation in the OSS marketplace, and demonstrates the proven ability to provide full solution support on a turn-key basis. This reflects the confidence customers have in the high value, high quality, low risk service delivered.

In this opportunity, SysMech is responsible for maintaining the health of an increasingly complex and adaptive environment, by providing full support for a range of service assurance solutions and products; some provided by SysMech and others by third parties. As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the customer and with responsibility for the complete solution, all third parties are contracted through SysMech.

The contract was awarded to SysMech based upon the existing track record of providing a high quality service, in-depth knowledge of the customer’s network and OSS environments, and a very competitive commercial model.

This is yet another major milestone in the growth of Systems Mechanics, and demonstrates how the company's skills and knowledge of the OSS service assurance landscape, acquired over many years, are not only applied to the excellent range of CrossTalk™ products, but also to the high quality services provided to existing and new customers.
