- CrossTalk™ Alarm Mediation Services, offering enrichment capabilities at the HP TeMIP low level event filters layer
- CrossTalk™ Alarm Application Services, offering configurable automated handling of faults
- CrossTalk™ GUIs (Mapper GUI and DECF), an integrated development, deployment and control environment for Mapping Rules and associated CrossTalk™ entities
- CrossTalk™ Network Access (XNA), which provides an XML/SOAP interface to HP TeMIP for applications not integrated in TeMIP
- CrossTalk™ Perl Automation Framework, providing a framework fully integrated in HP TeMIP for executing operations upon reception of alarms
- CrossTalk™ XML Lookup Plug-in, enhancing the capabilities of the Mapping Rules by providing the capability of performing lookups in XML tables, produced from MS Excel spreadsheets
- CrossTalk™ OSS/J Layer, providing OSS/J Quality of Service API based on the CrossTalk™ components and Mapping Rules. Supports integration of the Zen™ Correlation Engine.
