Systems Mechanics (SysMech) is a telecoms product solutions company and specialists in network and service management. We are unique in offering a combination of telecoms products and Professional Services consultancy, as consultants and specialists in the field of network and service management.

Our company prides itself on the excellence of its products, backed by our extensive range of Professional Services and Development skills. We have years of experience in delivering large scale complex projects to meet the operational, business and technical needs of our customers: telecommunications service and equipment suppliers.

In addition, Systems Mechanics provides its own easy-to-use fault management solutions, the CrossTalk Product Suite. Our objective is to deliver 'best-in-class' OSS and Network Management solutions to operators, service providers and equipment suppliers.

In 2008, we acquired Zenulta, enabling us to combine the market's leading event correlation technology (Zen™) with our telecoms assurance products and expertise, offering telecoms providers a formidable proposition for service management and delivery. We are now able to offer solutions, products and tools to our telecoms customers along with cross domain event correlation capabilities unavailable elsewhere. This is in addition to our Professional Services and consultancy work in the area of network and service management.

Our objective is to increasingly focus on our solutions and product range - to continuously enhance our portfolio - while also working with other market leading Systems Integration organisations to implement these solutions. From the customer viewpoint, our organisation continues in its objective to enable the telecoms industry to deliver consistency of service, high levels of system performance and reduced support costs, while minimising service disruption and maximising revenues.

Our customers include CWC, Dobson Cellular, Ericsson, IDT, Lucent, Motorola, Nortel, Saudi Telco, Swisscom, Telstra, Turkcell and Vodafone (UK, Eire, Netherlands & Greece).
